Your satisfaction is important at PC Networking.
If you aren't completely satisfied with the quality of service provided by PC Networking while working on your technology needs you will not be required to pay for any labor charges!
Notification
It is required that *you* the customer notify myself at or before the 1 hour mark that you are not satisfied with my services and your charge will only reflect the Trip Rate to your home or business.
Limit of Redemption
This satisfaction guarantee is limited to 1 hour of labor at our published rate. Notification must be made by the customer by or before the 1 hour point.
